The MP47-Z/BPR-150 diaphragm vacuum pump, M & C Tech group, integrates gas processing technology suited for corrosive gasses. It is capable of resisting corrosion, 100% lubricant and maintenance free. It is also gas tight and provides a prolonged service life.
