The LEGEX Series of Ultra High Accuracy CNC CMM features a newly designed crystallized glass scale linear encoder, providing high accuracy with a low expansion coefficient on each axis. The machines in this series can be used for complex, small- to medium-sized workpieces -- gears, bearings, lenses, dies and scroll rotors -- that need to be inspected to exceptionally high dimensional accuracy.

The LEGEX is constructed with fixed bridge structure and precision air bearings running on rigid guide ways to guarantee motion stability and ultra-high accuracy of measurement. The MPP-310Q probe is an additional scanning function to the standard point to point measurement.
