X-ray inspection machine for bulk products

The Bulk Flow x-ray inspection system inspects loose products, prior to packaging and processing. Nuts, grains, cereals, frozen fruits or formed products such as hamburgers are inspected with the highest level of sensitivity.
Loma Bulk Flow systems are reliable and hygienic. Unlike traditional bulk product systems, our design measures density, monitors fill levels, identifies missing or broken products, counts components and checks for damaged or malformed packaging.

Loma's proprietary image processing and 3D modeling technology allows the Bulk Flow to detect dense foreign objects including glass, stone, calcified bone, high-density plastics, flavor clumps and rubber as well as mass and shape defects. Add date, time and event stamping and you have an intuitive package that is second to none. Automatic calibration in less than 30 seconds sets optimum power levels to ensure the best settings.
