The KNF offers these temperature-resistant and heated diaphragm vacuum pumps that can convey air as well as neutral, aggressive gases and vapors in a thermal range of up to 240?C. In order to prevent the gas condensation, the heated head pump types possess temperature-resistant components and optional electronic temperature control.
