The BDK Uno is a single-surface double sheet sensor with an essential assessment electronics. It is intended for single-surface contact measurement of ferrous sheets. This sensor is used to check feeds of ferrous metal sheets. It also prohibits the double sheets from infiltrating tools.

The device contacts the sheets of 0.15 ? 0.5 mm. This is very convenient to use and easy to be connected. It doesn't need additional evaluation device. This is an extraordinarily cost-effective solution.

The sensor can be installed in the suction cup of the gripper or in a monitoring station. For measurement, the deposit of the sheet is crucial. The sensor has an 8-pole M12 adapter. It allows to connect the supply voltage and controlling signals.
