The ROMER Bike Measurement System is a completely portable 3D scanning system, developed in Switzerland in close collaboration with the UCI (International Cycling Union) and the Laboratory of Polymer and Composite Technology (LTC) at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL).

The ROMER Bike Measurement System is now the UCI's approved instrument for checking bike frame legality, whatever the type, whatever the location.
