The Hamilton PCR setup STARlet is mainly designed to provide a good quality performance and functionality for very specific purposes. It is considered as a multi-functional solution for PCR setup and sample normalization. It is highly integrated with 4 platform configurations with 4 and 8 x 1 ML independent channels available for several throughputs. The software comprises of an advanced graphical user interface which is capable of guiding the setup operation. The pre-configured algorithms and refined liquid handling parameters allow a very precise setup of the low volume PCR assays in a 384 plate format.
