The Brabender? Quadrumat? Senior is an industrial laboratory mill of 300 kg net body mass and approximately 65 - 75% output yield. It is applicable in preparation of production of equivalent test flours, identification of the milling properties of manifold sorts of grain (wheat, rye, and others), and calculation of the potential yield. It works on a 1.1 kW power, produces 0.45 - 0.65% dry substance and has dimension of 940 x 1820 x 530 mm. It has a bipartite plansifter fixture with the two sifter sections, stacked one above the other, separating the fractions according to the grain's granulation.
