BlueSens' BenchOne Biogas is a standard lab scale bench-top analyzing system, generally utilized for biogas-related applications. This machine calculates CO2 and CH4 levels in real-time, via connection of vessel/fermeter and connection off gas line. It exhibits 2 IR sensors, one for methane and another for carbon dioxide. It also features a single sensor to automatically compensate pressure discrepancies.

Technical details of the BenchOne Biogas include a 0 to 50% volume percentage rates for CO2, and 0 to 100% volume percentage ratings for CH4. An interior heated piping system made out of stainless steel, a set of displays that present actual measurements, and analog output or RS232 and RS485 connection configurations are also showcased. The mechanical connection sports Swagelok for 6-mm outer diameter (OD).
