The UOP provides Continuous Catalyst Regeneration and requires only a low level continuous oxygen measurement during the process of regeneration so as to prevent oxidation of the Platonized catalyst. The process operation takes place at higher temperatures and pressures. The flue gas consists of low levels of HCL and catalyst fines. The WDG was designed in unison with the UOP process requirements so as to meet the necessary low levels of oxygen measurement during the cycle of regeneration. The specially treated Zirconium Oxide is used so as to survive the destructive effects of halogen oxidation. The critical oxygen fines also measures the analyser and it must be able to survive the veracious nature of the process, at the same time maintaining a high level of accuracy and lower levels of oxygen concentration. The sensors configuration will return all potentially corrosive sample gas back to the flute gas duct. Explosion proof Class I, Div. 1 or Class I, Div. 2
