The moulding of sheets and disks gives greater constancy of thickness
with tolerances more accurate than those made from big sheets or
rolls.
All grades of rubber can be transformed into blocks of 20 to 90 Shore.
Insertion of textile fabric (usually nylon) from 0.2 to 0.5 mm, 1 or 2 folds depending on the thickness or 1 fold on each surface.
Adhering of PTFE with varying thickness.
Traceability: all our blocks have a moulded tab giving information such as the grade, batch number, thickness and date when vulcanized.
