PUCEST? Wear Plates with cast in perforated Plate were developed specifically to line hoppers, aggregate scales, skips, containers, bins and the like. The plates are fixed with screws to the surface. The mounting can easily be done without specialized staff because the plates (either with steel or aluminum inlay) may easily be bent, cut and screwed in.

The standard measurement of the plates are 2000mm x1000mm with thickness ranging from 6-50 mm (perforated plate: 8mm punching, 12 mm spacing, 2mm thickness).

According to customer specifications and or drawings, PUCEST? wear plates with cast in perforated plate can be manufactured in any size and shape.

All surfaces may be repaired with little effort as soon as first signs of wear start to show.
