BELLOFOAM? Closed Cell Silicone Sponge Sheets are the lightest high consistency silicone rubber sheets on the market. They contain truly closed cells as determined by the stringent ASTM D 1056 water absorption under vacuum method, eliminating any wicking. The formulation and construction of these sheets allows the material to operate in temperature environments of -103?F to +450?F, with outstanding recovery after compression. The sheets skived from buns can be supplied from 0.125 thickness to 2.00 thickness, or the buns can be skived to sheets using a customers own equipment. With two hardness versions of the standard sheet, one version with enhanced fire retardant additives, and one version of fluorosilicone, our sheets cover a wide range of demanding physical, temperature, and chemical environments.
