Description
Version:
Grinding compound (oil-soluble) with silicon carbide (SiC), contents 250 g.
Application:
For polishing ground surfaces.
Suitable for:
5-10 m/min cutting speed (vc) in aluminium up to 350 N/mm2, long chipping aluminium, long chipping soft plastics, magnesium alloys, soft copper.
5-10 m/min cutting speed (vc) in unalloyed quenched and tempered steels up to 900 N/mm2, unalloyed case-hardened steels up to 900 N/mm2, nitriding steels up to 900 N/mm2, tool steels up to 900 N/mm2.
5-10 m/min cutting speed (vc) in high speed steels up to 1200 N/mm2, alloyed quenched and tempered steels, case-hardened steels, tool steels up to 1400 N/mm2, wear-resistant structural steels up to 1350 N/mm2, spring steels up to 1500 N/mm2.
5-10 m/min cutting speed (vc) in wear-resistant structural steels, hardened steels up to 58 HRC.
5-10 m/min cutting speed (vc) in wear-resistant structural steels, hardened steels up to 62 HRC.
