The HZS, manufactured by Spreitzer, is a hydraulic center-clamping vise that can be shortened or completely automated by the use of toolrobots. It has a compact structure that enables machining without interfering edges or built-in limited machine's work space. It has a repetition accuracy of 0.003 mm, a centering accuracy of >|< 0.01 mm and a short clamping time. Furthermore, this product has been constructed out of modified steel with a hardened surface and is made available with assembly units upon request.
