CNC lathe / 2-axis / inclined bed

Roturn 320 SI Compact Automatic Lathe is designed with inclined bed for precise batch production of small turned parts. The unit is built with several features. It includes 3 kW headstock motor with wide speed range (~3000 rpm). The solid heavy machine frame with 45? inclined bed ensures optimal rigidity and easy chip removal. The hardened and ground rectangular guideways on Z ensures superior rigidity and accuracy at highest loads as well.

The V-block guides on X axis ensures high load capacity and the automatic central lubrication cuts maintenance to minimum. The enclosed workspace protects and a large sliding door ensures easy access. Fanuc 0i-Mate plus Manual Guide 0i / Siemens 808 D offers advanced control technology and maximum reliability. Its 6-station tool turret reduces idle times. The standard equipment comes with hydraulic 3-jaw chuck (160 mm) and hydraulic tailstock.
