3-axis CNC milling machine / vertical / for aluminum / compact

The flatbed units in this product series are defined in the machine guidelines as incomplete machines, in accordance to the modular system, with processing paths between 250 and 1,250 mm. In addition to this, the step motors of type MS200HT and the use as spindle drives are other important additions to this product. The linear guides are used in the isle double track feeds, while the item has been proven over many years, without pre-stressed linear ball bearings.

The repeatability of ? 0.02 mm and the fact that all units are equipped with two limit switches per spindle are also worth mentioning, while the use of high quality aluminum components not only adds resistance, but makes the flat-milled surfaces achieve high accuracy and low weight. Last but not least, the unitss are also suitable for setting up systems and machines for assembling and fitting.
