CNC machining center / 5-axis / universal / high-speed

These high performance-machining centers are members of the HSM LP product range. The portals on these machines were created with a polymer concrete base that supports stiff cast iron sliding carriages, which have been weight optimized.

This allows for excellent machining absorption and creates dynamically-generated mass energy. High-speed machining is facilitated by the axes' direct drive mechanisms. The axes are themselves supported by guideways. All this helps to provide quick processing times and high-quality products.
