Each autonomous NC machining unit can receive a 4 axis turning. The 4th

component. The 4th axis has the advantage of having several functions :
paddle splitter or turning spindle up to 6,000 rpm.
Each machining unit can receive electro spindles in vertical or horizontal -
vertical or shift spindles: 10 spindles per station (25,000 rpm).
New concept of tool change: less than 2 / 10 second for drilling, boring,
milling, rigid tapping.
1 table for the distribution (storage) very active (<1 second).

Accuracy of pallets repetition 0,002 mm
The units are driven by servo motors and encoders, guided by pre-stressed
rails roller, providing high rigidity.
To ensure greater accuracy, it is possible to mount measurement ruler on
each axis.
