The emulsification tank provide blending work in dairy products, beverages, fruit juice, and other foods. The unit also offers multiple capabilities such as emulsifying, homogenizing, and smashing.

The tank functions by throwing the work pieces in the rotor center to the stator, at maximum speed. After that, the work pieces will pass through the teeth clearance of the stator. Then, it will experience the collision, and crushing between the rotor, and stator.
