The VEN SPRAY CONTOUR is a 2 in 1 solution that fulfill the needs of a profitable operation of different systems and the production spectrum that requires different machine technologies. This new technology is the optimum interaction of surface spray painting machine and robot.
There are numerous advantages of the VEN SPRAY CONTOUR machine. They include targeted coating of higher edges, profiles, contours and surfaces and coating the more complex workpieces, the edges or contours that have to be painted prior to the surface (or vice versa). It can be utilize as a surface painting machine for 2.5 D parts and as a painting machine for 3D parts.
It is designed for denser and more effective utilization of the lay-up surface.
The VEN SPRAY CONTOUR system has more flexible use for almost all paint/lacquer systems. It provides faster paint/lacquer change less than 1 minunte. The transport system are designed to adjust to the paint/lacquer system.
The operation can be in a cycled or throughfeed mode .
Its conveyor system combines belt cleaning system and/or paper belt conveyor system.
