Working principle:
The scraping film evaporator is forced into a film through a rotating scraper, and the high speed flow, high heat transfer efficiency and short residence time can be carried out under the vacuum condition.
It consists of one or more cylinder body with jacket heating and internal rotating film scraper device .Feedings are continuously scrapped into liquid film with uniform thickness in the heating surface and move down.in this process, components in low boiling point are evaporated, while the residue is removed from the bottom of the evaporator.
