The GBP 251.00 from OMEGA's LONG-LIFE Two-Piece Band Heaters HB Series is engineered with two OMEGALUX® PT series 240V mineral insulated strip heaters with chrome steel sheath that provide quality output.

With a capacity to withstand Sheath Temperature of up to 1200°F, these heaters have a tighter fit as it gets hotter. Its clamps are resistant to loosening, making it possible for longer and more efficient produciton. It has a barrel temperature up to 800°F, while providing adequate heat dissemination to prevent its components from overheating or damage.

They are ideal for heating barrels and nozzles of plastic injection extruders and molders, as well as autoclaves and heat treating wide piping.

Users may connect additional heaters that are compatible to the Adjacent HB Series.
