The BenchDot Deep Pneumatic is a bench mounted dot peen marking machine that creates very deep marks by a series of indented dots. It is ideal for marking small to medium sized components of various shapes with alphanumeric information, Data Matrix codes and logo designs.

The BenchDot Deep Pneumatic has a powerful pneumatic pin assembly that is capable of marking up to 1mm in mild steel and up to 1.5mm in aluminium. This makes it ideal for creating deep marks, marking hard surfaces and dense materials, marking irregular or uneven surfaces and marking prior to surface treatment such as paint. Combined with 4 large marking window options, this makes the BenchDot Deep Pneumatic ideal for marking products such as engine blocks and large castings. For larger parts, optional riser blocks can be added to the machine and if parts vary in size a digital z axis can be added to reduce set up time.

The heavy duty deep dot marking machine is driven by a robust ball screw mechanism which, combined with the rigid column mount, ensures absolute precision when creating 2D Data Matrix codes, crucial when meeting demanding identification requirements. The dot marker is fully programmable, like the BenchDot, and the simple to use compact controller is separate to maintain the integrity of the electronics.
