Our complete disc coating line includes all the sections that are necessary in order to achieve perfect coated articles with a non-stick material and external decorations or silicon paints.
In fact, more than 4500 discs per hour can be line-processed up to the temperature of 450? C;
The entire line functions completely automatically and it can be programmed and managed by means of the operative panel in order to plan out the settings of various machines that are functioning on basis of the planned formula and the product to be realized, managing to achieve maximum efficiency in the production requirements and the technology selected, assured of top quality coated discs.
