The direct contact ultrasonic transducer is manufactured by PBP Optel. It has bandwidth ranging from 2 up to 25 MHz and minimal length of a pulse of 20 ns. It also features a diameter from 1 mm up to limited by available ceramics. Furthermore, it is capable of supply voltage by pulse or burst mode of 700 V.
