The FFB50 series from OMEGA are equipped with a front panel attached with a rotameter to control air flow fluidity. These industrial fluidized baths are easy to use and charged with aluminum oxide immediately at initial use. A bath media of fluidized aluminum oxide that is heated up to 600?C leaves only C02, degrading the rest of the plastic material with its liquid. It is ideal for eliminating virtually every polymer and hydrocarbon-based products. These models are best used with epoxy, oils, rubber, adhesives, paint, grease, coatings, fluids, lubricants, and plastic. They are useful in a wide range of applications including cleaning industrial systems, tools, components and the likes. It has a typical cleaning time that ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on bath loading, temperature and amount of material to be cleaned.
