The Nordson? EcoLiner? electro-pneumatic dispensing gun uses a built-in needle stroke adjustment to allow for accurate material volume flow control, as well as maintain consistent pattern quality and speeds. Its air-open/close actuation, combined with the gun's concave tapered nozzle construction, minimizes material build-up in the unit, and gives the system accurate dispensing cut-off and clean application.

The EcoLiner? is designed for use in a wide range of end and closure applications, such as in applying plastisol and waterborne compounds onto can ends for aerosol, food and general uses. The gun can be used in medium production speeds and volumes.
