Templine heated hose, electrically heated hose system for applications operating at +300 °C media temperature can be produced as per the customer requirement. Hose lengths DN 4 to DN 50 are produced depending on necessity, for operating voltages up to 500 volt and pressure up to 500 bars.
The medium hose prepared from PTFE shows chemical resistance. Outer casing is produced using mechanically stable polyamide or abrasion proof aramide fibers. Thermal insulation is offered by silicone foam or silicon free textile cord.
