Lytzen high temperature ovens are constructed for a temperature range up to 400 º C. The cabinet is a cGMP stainless steel construction. The insulation is extended and the doors are equipped with double door gaskets as standard, keeping down the temperature at the surface of the front.

Even these high temperature ovens have an extremely uniform temperature distribution.
