The standard Microclean 4-Stage Ultrasonic Aqueous Cleaning System, which are heated ultrasonic clean, rinse, rinse, and arm air drying systems, is ideal for a myriad of cleaning requirements in aerospace, precision, electronics, and other industries. An organic and ionic sanitation adhering to MIL standards is provided through a closed loop high purity deionized water rinsing. The Standard Microclean features come with a full line of undersurface jets and weir overflow for wet stages. There are a number of options to choose from including a module with oil separator for pre-cleaning operations, ultrasonics for rinsing stages, a vertical agitation for all wet stages, a dual capacity hot air dryer for increased output, and a Microclean 450 4-stage ultrasonic aqueous cleaning system with Mk4 Minor. Furthermore, because of its modular design, additional stages can be added to increase its processing ability.

On the other hand, a 3-stage system that can be fitted with lift is also available. All of which are capable of being manually operated or fitted with Autotrans Mk4 automation.
