The Super Air Nozzle which is an award winning product introduced by EXAIR, provides a high thrust, concentrated stream of high velocity airflow for blow off, cooling, drying and cleaning applications available in aluminium or stainless steel.. The extremely low noise of 74 dBA and a minimal air consumption of 80 PSIG makes it an ideal in the field. There are holes located in recessed grooves which are not possible to be blocked or dead ended and are used to eject the compressed air. In order to produce a forceful airstream with minimal wind shear, a high volume of surrounding room air is made to get through the aerodynamic surface.
In addition to the zinc aluminum alloy construction with a 1/4 NPT male or 1/4 NPT female compressed air inlet, a 5/8? hex (16mm) body is provided for easy installation with standard wrenches or sockets. The Stay Set Hoses, Magnetic Bases, and Safety Air Guns are available Apart from these, for applications requiring extremely strong blowing force, super Air Nozzle Clusters and Super Blast Safety Air Guns are also provided.
