Euromecc Twin shaft mixers MEB, characterized by the use of high quality materials and components, use the best technologies and are the result of careful studies lasting more than 40 years of experience on concrete. Euromecc MEB twin-shaft mixer is ideal for large batches of SCC, wet precast and ready-mix concrete.
The blades geometry and the position of the mixing arms give to the mixture an helical movement, getting a perfect homogeneous and reliable mixture, with a uniform distribution of the cement. The mixer is composed of a omega-shaped tank, realized in plate of elevated thickness, entirely protected with tiles very resistant to the usury. The perfect mixing is guaranteed by two counter-rotating andsyncronized mixing shafts. The supports are external on the bin in order to avoid the contact with the mixture and to make manetinace operations easier. The shafts are screwed and not joined to the reduction gear group, and when the machine stops, there is the possibility to make manteinance in and accurate and complete way. The automatic greasing system sends the grease to the various points of use. The discharge gate is provided with inductive stan switches to signal opening and closing, partial or total. The mixer cover is provided with a wide inspection door with safety grate, dust gasket and second door. An hydraulic hand pump enables to open the discharging gate in case of emergency. on request, it is available the automatic washing system with high pressure and rotating heads.
