The Ink Jet Marking System provides high speed and flexibility for automated plate marking. It marks characters and bar code in a single high-speed pass, in either direction, without indexing the machine.

The Inkjet Marker can be mounted on a fixed tool holder or in a rotating tool holder to allow printing in any direction. The system allows marking of text, lines, and bar code at speeds of up to 750 ipm (20 m/min). Automatic Speed Control ensures accurate printing even during accel/decel. The system is ideal for printing text, lines, and bar code on aluminum, stainless steel, and primed plate. The ink dries fast and permanent, and can easily be painted over, leaving a smooth finished surface.
