Pallet labeller

Operating capacity up to 60 pallets/hour - 1 label/pallet

System to print and apply labels onto cardboard tray or wooden top frame. Machine equipped with laser printer for A4/Letter size sheets with high quality bar code printing facility, hot melt system with tank, tube and gun to apply glue to the label-sheets, label applicator arm. The label pick-up system consists of suction caps operated by venturimeter. The electrical cabinet includes a 14 display visible from a glass window on the cabinet door, a Desktop Computer, a shelf for the use of keyboard and mouse, a PLC. Requested label information can be arranged in any position, form or tone on the A4 sheet.
