Ruhstrat's heat treatment plants for carbon parts enable a production capacity of over 2000 tons per year. Carbon fibers are light in weight, and are ideal for use in aircraft construction to save fuel.

The plants feature a low-temperature furnace of up to approximately 1050?C, a high-temperature furnace with a temperature of up to 1800?C, and an ultra high-temperature furnace with a temperature that reaches approximately 2600?C, among other components. The plant also has inlet and outlet sealing boxes and cooling zones for an efficient setup. To ensure convenient operations, a gas distribution station and a gas pre-heater are also featured in the plant's design. It also has a cooling water distribution station as its component. The machine is also built with a complete process control system.
