The series of cleaning cartridge systems from BAUSCH STR?BEL, includes a version with a mechanized sporadic machine, and one with a fully automated, regularly moving machine for high productivity. These systems provide a cleaning process for the containers which are ideally used in the pharmaceutical industry.

First step in cartridge processing is the immersion of bottles in an ultrasonic bath, followed by the rinsing and spraying of the inner container. They are blow-cleaned, and then sprayed with silicon to coat the internal walls of the bottle. Lastly, they are brought into the depyrogenizing tunnel.

These systems are ideally used for air and water filtration, as well as water recycling stations.
