The Tsurumi JD-Series Multi-Disc Dehydrators are organic sludge dehydrators that operates with gravity-filtration and compression. These products are supplied with 14 rollers consisting multi layered discs from the filter of the equipment. The series is designed to operate on excess sludge generated from different types of waste water treatment, and oily sludge and DAF froth. Plugging out the flocculated sludge is rough during operation, since all the rollers are rotating. In addition, the Multi-Disc Dehydrators save energy, reduce noise and minimize vibration.
