The NESTRO filter housing allows large filter areas to be housed in the tightest of spaces. The filter housing units are equipped with a silo discharge and large intermediate storage capacities. The benefit is that the chip container loaded from the filter housing can be emptied during operation. Energy costs can be reduced in automatic mode when discharging using the transport fan.

Filter housing units type NFHSU for vacuum operation are manufactured from 4 mm-thick, sendzimir-galvanised steel sheet with screw connections from the inside. The design is particularly durable and ensures a long service life. A low terminal velocity is selected in the filter tubes. This ensures that the systems are fully functional, even in the event of large chip quantities.

The motor-powered return air ducts with diverters, which are also infinitely controllable, including 180? deflection, with type-tested explosion valves, comply with TRGS 553. Energy consumption is reduced when using one fan with multiple suction tubes (group extraction).
