The stationary, hydraulic reeling machine can easily re-drum cables, pipes and wires even. It has a takeup machine, measuring and stacking machine ME-01 and also the payout machine. A gummed friction roller will effect the drive of the cable drum. The measuring and stacking machine can be adjusted hydraulically in the vertical direction. The central operation panel is where the operation elements are all mounted.
