For powder coated pipes and moulded com ponents with conductive JACOB powder coating (RAL 7032, pebble grey) we recommend the earthing
bridge with EPDM contact caps.
The earthing bridge is fixed to one of the screws of the pull-ring. Existing colour coating must be removed
in the area of both contacts. If necessary, protect these points with zinc spray against corrosion. No stripping of coatings required when using
JACOB earthing bridge with contact caps on conductive JACOB powder coating, colour RAL 7032 pebble grey.

Alternatively the potential equalisation can be reached with conductive U-shaped seals made of EPDM or with earthing-wires.
