Principle of Operations
A centrifugal blower and high efficiency heaterelliminates the use of valuable compressed airto be used for desiccant regeneration.
The completely automatic drying system usesblower to pull ambient Air and pass it throughthe heater. This hot Air stream flows opposite todrying flow direction. Hot Air above 200 oCregenerates the moisture inside desiccant bed andstrips it completely of all moisture. The advanced
control system monitors the dew point and adjuststhe heating / regeneration accordingly therebyproviding valuable energy savings.The heater circuit is completely insulatedensuring maximum heating efficiency.
