The Series 011000/015000 high pressure valves with split body can be manufactured out of a variety of special alloys and materials per user request. They are normally equipped with IG standard connections with other high pressure options available. They are intended to serve as a base for any high pressure relief special design and can be equipped with wear bushes, dissipater sleeves as well as additional downstream plates. They can withstand a maximum operating pressure of up to PN 4000 and feature a high pressure bellows seal. In addition the Series 011000 is able to accommodate low flow speeds.
