The Flowrox manual valves is designed with an enclosed body. The valves are operated with handwheel actuator. The enclosed body ensures reliable and safe operation. It also provides protection against corrosion and dirt, premature sleeve damage from environment. The enclosed body valves can be made from cast iron, fabricated carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium or plastic. The valve measures from 25 mm diameter. Valves with larger diameter and large operating pressure are equipped with a reduction gear which eases manual operation.

Valves of 31 inch and 200-250 size are used in energy industry products. Flowrox valves are used for installation of boiler ash/slag slurry by DONG Energy, one of the largest coal power plants in Denmark. The valve offers best suitability for rough environments due to its enclosed body. The internal operating mechanism of the unit is protected from dust and corrosion.
