The Portable Separator was developed to meet the needs of any multiple machine metalworking plant for a simple, effective, low-cost tramp oil separator which can be moved from machine to machine.


The Portable Separator will process machine tool coolants to remove free tramp oils and fines and provide clean, reusable coolant. The oleophilic coalescing plate pack removes oils effortlessly and efficiently. The unit is equipped with either the standard electric submersible pump, optional air pump or the optional heavy-duty electric pump for deeper sumps. This unit can also be used on high temperature fluids such as cleaners. Because of its portability, a single machine can support tramp oil removal for an entire shop! These units can also be made stationary to work on large sumps or central systems. Larger flow rate systems can also be custom engineered to meet customer needs.
