The IPVMKA aluminum body on this unit acts quickly as an in-line lever operated valve. It is made with a self-lubricating plastic cam-piston connected to the lever. The lever thus moves the valve stem and plate via PTFE bearings. The O ring groove of the valve plate is properly vented to keep gas bursts from occurring. The valves can work to as low as 10 - 9 mbar settings and can at pressures as high as 2100 mbars of pressure or 1575 Torr at 30 psi.
