The specifications include Delivery of 250 cm 3/min, Pressure of maximum 100 bar,15 to 1000 Cst. of Lubricant (normal fluid temp.) The motor is a three phase (220/380 V) with 50 Hz. Protection level is IP 55 along with a low level pointer steel reservoir of 6 liters. G 3/8 UNI-ISO 228 /1 is the outlet of lubricant. The valve regulating the pressure is fixed to 90 bar and 250 micron of inlet filter.

The design of this pump is mainly for a compact & functional lubrication system, which will mainly be used for feeding and controlling the accurate operation of dual lined oil systems. The main unit comprises of an electric motor driver (3 phase), gear pump, 250 cc/min output facility, a reservoir of steel sheet (6 liters) and hydraulic invertor with gauge that signals the pressure in the existing line attached to the pump. The gauge (temporary set at zero) signals the moment when the inversion of the lines takes place. This hydraulic invertor now automatically....
