grease pump / pneumatic / piston / semi-submersible

Pump Series 1524175 is an air-compressed pneumatically operated pumping system that is utilized for greasing applications. It obtains 70 dB noise output, and generates a compression ratio of 50 is to 1. This device approximates 400 bar maximum oil delivery pressure under a range of 4 to 8 bar working pressure. It works with 700 g/min flow rate, through mounting to a drum unit that has 20 kg volume capacity. Its rod gear measures 45 cm, and its external diameter approximates to 28 mm.

This pump is constructed in a rigid architecture, and comprises of a pneumatic engine, a pumping rod with steel piston and grease gun, and a plate support.
