The SAE 100 R8 series incorporates polyester elastomer elements for its inner tube structure. A single and dual braided aramid fiber sheets are integrated to take part for its reinforcement. It is enclosed with black pin-pricked polyurethane-based covering. This assembly operates under -40 to 100 degrees Celsius temperature. It permits handling of air and water-based fluids of up to 70? C.
