The Ecology 200 incorporates polyethylene material as a major components for its inner tubing. It integrates one or two braided artificial fiber, extended with a special sheet as its surface reinforcement. This tube operates under -40 to 60 degrees Celsius ambient temperature range.

Its cover coating uses yellow polyurethane for improved structure layout.
